Q: My order was cancelled/refunded?

A: This could be a number of things, purchased something without enough information provided, purchased something belonging to specific group you're not a part of, and/or selected the improper shipping method *IE Coins via envelope method which is reserved for stickers only. Any of these issues will follow with a refund and cancellation of ones order. 

Q: Custom ordered products, how long will it take for an order placed to be delivered?

A: Depending on order quantity and product type, example: custom made patches typically takes 16 business days and custom challenge coins take 14 business days for production excluding shipping time. 


Q: I purchased a preorder product from your shop when will my product be shipped?

A: Preorder items typically have a expected ship time listed on the product page, delays do happen though so be sure to check back for any updated information. You can also follow us on Facebook for updates and promotions. An automated email will be sent to the email you used for your order, which will include items in the shipment and tracking information.


Q: I received a USPS tracking number for my order but it doesn't show any scans or updates when I try to track my package?

A: It typically takes 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the USPS website. International orders they usually track up till the border and will require checking from your local postal service if not received in 2 weeks time in case import taxes may need to be paid.
